Amazing site devoted to the tears brought into the world by Marina Abramovic’s performance, “The Artist Is Present”.
In this MoMA’s exhibit, Abramovic sits silently at a small table and guests are invited to sit across form her and stare. Many people found this to be so intense, that it brought tears to their eyes. Each photo on this site is accompanied by the number of minutes it took, up to the point of the photo, for them to cry. These stunning and moving portraits were taken by Marco Anelli.
