Lily Taylor is an accomplished musician and vocalist based in San Francisco, CA. Her solo work, Overtones, debuted in San Francisco at Soundart Studios in 2009. She is a former collaborative member of the experimental band We Drew Lightening and colludes with musicians like Karina Denike, Kamal Sabran and aerialist Rain Wilson. She holds a B.A. in Contemporary Music from the College of Santa Fe in NM.
Some of Lily’s interests include performance art, recording arts, mystic experiences, frequencies, insects, antiques, shameless networking and guerrilla gardening.
Lily has performed at many interesting venues and events including: The Climate Theater’s Music Box Series, The Great American Music Hall, The Stork Club, Little Minsky’s at Club Deluxe, The Rite Spot, Amnesia, Cafe Van Kleef, Mama Calizo’s Voice Factory, The Athletic Playground, El Valenciano, The Riptide, 111 Minna Gallery, Slowfood Benefit for CounterPULSE, Hotel Cafe in LA and High Mayhem and The Process in Santa Fe, NM.
